COMMON ENTRY RULES AND GUIDELINES

  • Applicants must participate in TCS World10K Bengaluru 2020 from the convenience of their location/vicinity using only the dedicated TCSW10K Bengaluru App.
  • Applicants must submit their entries by registering online and paying the entry fees as per the race category selected.
  • Only one applicant can apply for the event using a single email address. Applicants must submit their entries only via online here.No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event Promoters.
  • Before sending in your application, please check if you:
  • Have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form.
  • Have paid the requisite entry fees.
  • Have agreed to the ‘waiver’, ‘consent’ and ‘entry rules and guidelines’ in the application form.
  • Have met the minimum age eligibility criteria of the event.
  • If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, the guardian has also agreed to the ‘waiver’ and ‘consent’ given in the application form.
  • Submission of Group/ Corporate/Group Relay entries:

Require a minimum of twenty participants to consider it a group/corporate registration.

  • When the group/corporate is sponsoring registrants
    • Point of contact of the group/corporate to fill up the prerequisite form here
    • Post submission of the group/corporate pre-requisite form and making online payment of entry fees, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the pre-requisite form.
    • On making online payment, the point of the group/corporate needs to share online payment receipt on tcsworld10k@procam.in with group/corporate details.
    • The Event’s Registration team will get in touch with you and will send you unique codes to register your group/corporate members online.
    • All members of the group need to register individually online here using online here codes issued.
    • Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the Event and the members of the group need to register online here using the said codes before the declared registration end date or till the running spaces are available, whichever is earlier. Event promoter will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.
    • Once online codes are purchased, these can only be used online for TCS World10K Bengaluru 2020 edition, until registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused online codes cannot be returned or cancelled, and the amount paid for purchasing unused codes will be refunded after deducting processing fees of Rs. 100 per code.
    • Only entries received online, using the allocated codes online, will be treated as Group Entry; payment made through any other payment mode will not be accepted.
    • All requisites to register online need to be fulfilled by an individual to complete the registration process.
  • When registrants are paying themselves online:
    • Point of contact of the group/corporate to fill up the prerequisite form here. or send your request at tcsworld10k@procam.in  with number of registrations required in each race category and group name.
    • Registration team will get in touch with you and will send you a common code to register group/corporate members online.
    • All members of the group need to register individually online here with the common codes issued and pay for their own registration.
    • Online common codes do not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online here using common code by paying for their own registration before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available, whichever is earlier. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.
    • The common code can only be used online for TCS World10K Bengaluru 2020 edition and until registrations are open or running spaces are available.
    • All requisites to register online need to be fulfilled by an individual to complete the registration process.
  • Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not to be accepted.
  • You are required to use TCSW10K Bengaluru App to participate on race day from a location convenient to you. You will receive an email from us, on or before 17thDecember 2020, with the information on the TCSW10K Bengaluru App.
  • You will also be able to view all the reports and leaderboards using your TCS World 10K Bengaluru website login account on your laptop, computer, or mobile devices. https://tcsworld10k.procam.in/
  • Participants of Open 10K and Open 5K will be further classified into age categories for merit certificates as mentioned below. Age category winners (top 3: male & female) will be declared based on fastest timed runner who has completed the respective run on or before 27th December 2020, 23:59 hours.

Age Category for Open 10K:

  • Age group: 15 yrs. to 19 yrs.
  • Age group: 20 yrs. to 24 yrs.
  • Age group: 25 yrs. to 29 yrs.
  • Age group: 30 yrs. to 34 yrs.
  • Age group: 35 yrs. to 39 yrs.
  • Age group: 40 yrs. to 44 yrs.
  • Age group: 45 yrs. to 49 yrs.
  • Age group: 50 yrs. to 54 yrs.
  • Age group: 55 yrs. to 59 yrs.
  • Age group: 60 yrs. to 64 yrs.
  • Age group: 65 yrs. to 69 yrs.
  • Age group: 70 yrs. and above

Age Category for Open 5K:

  • Age group: 10 yrs. To 14 yrs.
  • Age group: 15 yrs to 19 yrs
  • Age group: 20 yrs. to 24 yrs.
  • Age group: 25 yrs. to 29 yrs.
  • Age group: 30 yrs. to 34 yrs.
  • Age group: 35 yrs. to 39 yrs.
  • Age group: 40 yrs. to 44 yrs.
  • Age group: 45 yrs. to 49 yrs.
  • Age group: 50 yrs. to 54 yrs.
  • Age group: 55 yrs. to 59 yrs.
  • Age group: 60 yrs. to 64 yrs.
  • Age group: 65 yrs. to 69 yrs.
  • Age group: 70 yrs. and above
  • Age category and leader board winners declared shall be subject to verification. They may be required to submit further proof of identity/age and activity proof (if unavailable) such as activity distance, activity date and time, activity pace, activity km/miles split data of any specific or all the activities, as may be required by the Promoter, to receive merit certificates, failing which the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, withhold merit certificates of the said participant from the event.
  • The same shall be communicated to the leader board /age category winners individually via email and the merit certificates will reach the leader board/ age category winners on or before 31st January2021.
  • The decision of Event Promoter on leader board and age category winners of TCS World10K Bengaluru 2020 shall be final and binding on all.
  • Finishers of all race category will be able to download e-medal and e-certificate with finish time, from their profile on the website https://tcsworld10k.procam.in/ , latest by 15 Jan 2021.
  • Event Promoter will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/error in participation data collected from the TCSW10K Bengaluru App or failure to receive participation data from the TCS World 10K Bengaluru app, from the participant for any reason.
  • Participant(s) may be required to submit further proof of identity/age/activity data/ substantial documentary proof to substantiate their performance at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2020, such as the latest timing certificate of an event (not earlier than 24 months) they had participated in, which uses RFID technology to record a runner’s performance, and where the timing results are uploaded and verifiable from the said event’s website. Where the required information is not provided in writing within the defined timelines, or where the documentary evidence submitted does not substantiate their performance at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2020, as may be required by the Event Promoter, failing which, the Event Promoter, Procam International, may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the said participant.
  • Once the applicant has paid for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru, requests for cancellation and thereby refund, will not be entertained.
  • Your entry is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.
