TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023 will happen on Sunday, 21st May 2023.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

*NOTE: Open 10K line-up sections given above are indicative and may undergo a change, which will be communicated on the website https://tcsworld10k.procam.in  post closure of all registrations. On race day timing results and certificates will be generated only for runners who complete the 10 km distance within 1 hr and 30 min from the start time.

Confirmed applicants improving their performance post submission of applicants can request for a change in the line-up section only till 28th April 2023. Valid timing certificate needs to be emailed along with the request on tcsworld10k@procam.in.

Yes. Your solo current photograph (passport sized) where your face is clearly visible has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.

Yes. Applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the image size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card.

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card ,UPI and payment wallets.

Post 7 days of registration, individual applicants are required to go to the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website, login into their profile using the registered email id and check their application status.

No. An individual can apply only for one race category at the on-ground event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Yes. You can register for both on-ground and virtual races, using the same email id.

Yes. You can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for on-ground race category previously.

Yes. You can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for the virtual race category, you will only be tracked via TCS World 10K Bengaluru APP powered by TCS. Please note virtual only participants will not be allowed to enter the on-ground event venue or course on race day.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 30th June 2023. An amount of ₹150 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th June 2023.

Once an entry is received, no requests for cancellation and further refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances.

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

Yes, all finishers of the Open 10K race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the event venue; medals will not be posted to individual finishers  if they fail to collect it on the race day). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of Open 10K finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in  post 21 working days from race day.

The Majja Run category is a participative, fun run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; timing certificates will not be issued for this category. 

However, all finishers of the Majja Run race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners) and participation certificates of Majja run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.

The Senior Citizens’ Run is a non-timed participative category. While timing certificates will not be provided, all finishers of the Sr. Citizens’ Run race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners) and participation certificates of Sr. Citizens’ run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day. 

The Champions With Disability is a non-timed participative category. While timing certificates will not be provided, all finishers of the Champions with Disability race category, including Buddies, will get the participation medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the event venue; medals will not be posted to individual finishers). Also participation certificates of CWD participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ after 7 working days after race day.

Application confirmation will be sent on your registered email id and will also be updated in profile on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website post 7 working days of registering. You need to login with your registered email id to view your application status.

No. An applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend’s behalf.

Yes. You can apply under general criteria of Open 10K to participate.

Your application for the Open 10K will be confirmed based on the confirmation criteria mentioned above. Please note, confirmation is subject to –

  1. Verification of valid timing certificate submitted by you( if any)
  2. Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you.
  3. Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion.
  4. Availability of running spaces under each criterion.
  5. Entry Rules and Guidelines.

Group entries will be accepted for all the participative race categories (Open 10K, Majja Run , Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability). There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these race categories to comprise a group. 

  1. Online registration: Each member of the group will have to register individually on https://tcsworld10k.procam.in using the group registration prepaid code/s. Group registration prepaid code/s need to be purchased in bulk, please call our helpline number +91 80 41739955 (10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday) or email at corporateregistration@procam.in to purchase group registration prepaid codes.

OR

  1. Registration via physical forms: Deposit application forms along with requisite application fees and covering letter at our Registration office. Please call our helpline number +91 80 41739955 (10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday) or email at corporateregistration@procam.in for submission of group application forms. To receive soft copy of the application form, please write to us at corporateregistration@procam.in 

Corporate Gratification :

– Corporates with a minimum of 100 participants will qualify for the below gratification.

  • The top 3 Corporates with the highest number of participants across all race categories will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
  • The top 3 Corporates with the highest number of Women participants across all race categories will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
  • The top 3 Corporates with the highest number of participants in the Open 10K race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
  • The top 3 Corporates with the highest number of participants in the Majja Run race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.

GROUP REGISTRATION PROCESS 

  • Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Open 10K, Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race category.

A.1. ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name and race categories.
  2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
  3. On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on email: corporateregistration@procam.in with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us on email: corporateregistration@procam.in. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 150 from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 30th July 2023.
  4. On receiving payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address.
  5. The TCS World 10K registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.
  6. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register <<Link it to registration Page>> using the online codes issued by PIPL.
  7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Open 10K/ Majja Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions With Disability category. 
  8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here<<link it to registration page>> using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Open 10K, Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability category at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
  9. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available.
  10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the Mirchi Get Active Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.

A.2. OFFLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS VIA PHYSICAL FORM

  1. All members of the group/corporate need to individually fill the application form attached in the email issued by PIPL and attach all relevant documents with the form. To receive soft copy of the application form, please write to us at corporateregistration@procam.in 
  2. The POC of the Group will have to provide the below mentioned documents:
  3. A covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/any other entity. The format of the covering letter is available here and will include the details given below:
    • Name of the group/corporate.
    • Total Number of entries in each race category.
    • Payment mode selected: i.e. Cheque/DD/Card Payment/NEFT.
    • Name, contact number, email id of the one point of contact of the group and address of the group/corporate/entity/NGO.
    • GST Number of the company/entity to raise an invoice.
    • State Name and State Code to raise an invoice.
  4. The POC of the group will have to submit all the application forms filled out by the members of the group at our registration office. Please call us at +91 80 41739955 (10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday) or email at corporateregistration@procam.in for submission of group application forms.
  5. POC needs to make the payment by Cheque/Demand Draft/ NEFT. (All cheques and demand drafts to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.”)
  6. Post receiving all the above given documents with payment, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the covering letter.
  7. SPOC of the group will be able to collect running bibs of all the group members, who have registered, from the expo. 
  8. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

  1. Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the Open 10K/Majja Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions With Disability participative category.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (POC) email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Open 10K, Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run, Champions With Disability race category, mentioning the group name. 
  2. The TCS World 10K registration team will email POC the common group registration code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  
  3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here <<link it to online registration page>> using the common group registration code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.
  4. Purchasing the common group registration code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here<<link it to online registration page>>  using code before the registration end date or until the running spaces are available at the TCS World 10K 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
  5. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the Mirchi Get Active Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.
  6. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
  1. Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the Mirchi Get Active Expo across Thursday, 18th May to Saturday, 20th May 2023.

For this edition, participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get a slot preference for Saturday 20th May 2023. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  1. It is mandatory for all individual participants of the Open 10K race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center within the Mirchi Get Active Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect his/her number bib:

(i)   Application confirmation.

(ii)  Govt. approved photo ID proof.

  1. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:

(i)  Application confirmation.

(ii)  Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.

  1. Group Bibs collection: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group will be handed over at one go. Groups need to select bib pick-up slots online. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs:

(i) Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person

(ii)  Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group. 

(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

e.  No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Mirchi Get Active Expo – by 5 p.m. on Saturday, 20th May 2023.

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.

  1. Incomplete form submitted.
  2. Waiver & consent not signed.
  3. Applicant is underage for the race chosen.
  4. Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted.
  5. More than one application form received from the same applicant for on-ground event.
  6. Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
  7. Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
  8. Running places are full.
  9. Any other reason.
  1. Once an entry is received, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances.
  2. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th June 2023. An amount of ₹ 150 will be deducted as processing charges. Any add on or parking tickets purchased will not be refunded.

NGOs registered with the event’s philanthropy partner, Aidbees, have been allotted limited charity running places, which can be availed by applicants directly through the participating NGOs. Charity running places will be available with the participating NGOs for a donation from 1st March 2023 to 28th April 2023, or until charity running places last, whichever is earlier. Applicants, under charity running places, will also need to submit – Mandatory documents required for application submission, eg: Govt. approved personal photo identification documents.

In order to collect running number bibs from the Mirchi Get Active Expo (Thursday, 18th May to Saturday, 20th May 2023), participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Bengaluru are requested to choose their bib collection time slots across 18th and 19th May, allowing time slots available on 20th May for outstation participants to collect their running number bibs.

To book a slot, login using your registered email id on https://tcsworld10K.procam.in and choose a date and time as per your preference and availability. You can also view your application confirmation after logging into your profile.

Yes. Goodie bags will be given out at the 2023 edition of the event.

No. All participants must come to the Mirchi Get Active Expo to collect their running number Bib.

No. Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, Procam reserves the right to disqualify the registered participant from this edition and the subsequent 2024 edition. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition, if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.

We will not be able to replace a bib once issued and duly collected by the participant or his/her authorised representative.

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained after closure of registrations.

Yes, Participation in the Open 10K category (on-ground event) at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023 will be considered for the new Procam slam cycle (2023-24).
