What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

Can I participate without submitting the COVID-19 vaccination certificate?
NO. Only fully vaccinated (WHO approved Covid-19 vaccines) applicants will be confirmed for participation for the 2022 edition of TCS World 10K Bengaluru.
Can I submit my application with only one dose of vaccination?
To apply, an applicant must upload a certificate of at least one dose of vaccination (WHO approved COVID-19 vaccine) being administered. However, to confirm one’s entry, the applicant must upload his/her fully vaccinated certificate on the ‘my profile’ section of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website, on or before 30th April 2022, 11:59 pm IST, failing which the application will be declined. Participation in TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 will be confirmed only where the participant is fully vaccinated (WHO approved vaccines) by 30th April 2022.

COVID-19 Vaccination: Only those individuals who have taken at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination approved by WHO can apply for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022; vaccination certificate certifying the same, must be uploaded while applying for the race. Participation in TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 will be confirmed only where the participant is fully vaccinated (WHO approved vaccines) by 30th April 2022 and uploads the said certificate either at the time of registration or by 11:59 p.m. IST on 30th April 2022 on the ‘my profile’ section of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website.
Participants are expected to follow COVID-19 appropriate behavior on their visit to the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 Expo and on race day. Furthermore, on race day, each participant's temperature will be thermally screened, and those with fever or who are ill, will not be allowed to run on race day – participants will be asked to leave the race premises with immediate effect.

Is attaching a passport sized photograph with the online application form compulsory?
Yes. Your solo current photograph (passport sized) where your face is clearly visible has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.
All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.
Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application compulsory?
Yes. Applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the image size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.
Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card.
Is attaching a vaccination certificate with my application compulsory?
Yes. Attaching at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination approved by WHO is compulsory to apply for TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022. All applicants (including CWD Buddies) must upload their COVID-19 vaccination certificates while applying for the race. Participation in TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 will be confirmed only where the participant is fully vaccinated (WHO approved Covid-19 vaccines) by 30th April 2022, and he/she uploads the said certificate either at the time of registration or by 11:59 p.m. IST on 30th April 2022 on the ‘my profile’ section of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website.
How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?
An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations

In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made in case of group registration?

How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?
Post 7 days of registration, individual applicants are required to go to the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website, login into their profile using the registered email id and check “my profile section” for their application status.

Can I register up for more than one race at the on-ground event?
No. An individual can apply only for one race category at the on-ground event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
Can I register for both on-ground and virtual races?
Yes. You can register for both on-ground and virtual races, using the same email id.
Can I register for a virtual race if I have already registered for an on-ground race previously?
Yes. You can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for on-ground race category previously.
Can I run both on-ground as well as the virtual race of the same distance on the same day?
Yes. You can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for virtual race category, you will only be tracked via TCS World 10K Bengaluru APP powered by TCS
Under what circumstances, will I not be allowed to run on race day even if my application is accepted and I have collected the running bib? Will I be eligible for a refund?
Participants are expected to follow COVID-19 appropriate behavior on their visit to the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 Expo and on race day. Furthermore, on race day, each participant's temperature will be thermally screened, and those with fever or who are ill, will not be allowed to run on race day – participants will be asked to leave the race premises with immediate effect. Entry fees paid are non-refundable.
Will I be eligible for a refund in case I didn’t pick up my confirmed bib from the expo?
No. Entry fees paid are non-refundable.
Will I get a refund of my entry fees, if my application is not accepted?
Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 30th June 2022. An amount of ₹250 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th June 2022.
NOTE: Donations made (if any) at the time of registration will be refunded by event’s philanthropy partner, India Cares Foundation, for reasons whatsoever, including entry rejections.
Once I have applied can I cancel my application and get a refund?
Once an entry is confirmed, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances.
Can I change my race category once I have applied/my application is confirmed?
Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.
Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participating in the Open 10K (10 Kms) Category?
Yes. All finishers of the Open 10K race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the event venue; medals will not be posted to individual finishers). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of Open 10K finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.
Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Majja Run (5 Kms) Category?
Yes, all finishers of the Majja Run category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the event venue; medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of Majja run finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.
Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Senior Citizens’ Run (4.2 Kms) Category?
The Senior Citizens’ Run is a non-timed participative category. While timing certificates and medals will not be provided, participation certificates can be downloaded by senior citizens’ run participants from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ from 7 working days after race day.
Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Champions With Disability (4.2 Kms) Category?
The Champions With Disability is a non-timed participative category. While timing certificates and medals will not be provided, a all finishers of the Champions with Disability race category, including Buddies, will get the participation lapel pin post their finish on race day (please collect your lapel pin before leaving the event venue; lapel pins will not be posted to individual finishers). Also participation certificates of CWD participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ after 7 working days after race day.
When will I get my application confirmation and how?
Application confirmation will be sent on your registered email id and will also be uploaded on the “my profile section” on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website post 7 working days of registering. You need to login with your registered email id to view your “my profile section”.
Can I register for my friend?
No. An applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.
I have recently started running. Can I participate in the Open 10K without a timing certificate?
Yes. You can apply under general criteria of Open 10K to participate.
What will happen once I submit my Open 10K application under confirmation criteria?
Your application for the Open 10K will be confirmed based on the confirmation criteria mentioned above. Please note, confirmation is subject to –
- Verification of valid timing certificate submitted by you( if any)
- Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you.
- Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion.
- Availability of running spaces under each criterion.
- Entry Rules and Guidelines.
- Verification of the Covid-19 vaccination certificate submitted by you.
Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?
Group entries will be accepted ONLY for the Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability categories. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these run categories to comprise a group.
- Online Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the on-ground Majja Run participative category.
a. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (POC) to fill the pre-requisite form or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Majja Run race category, mentioning the group name.
b. Post submission of the group/ corporate pre-requisite form, the POC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members
c. On making online payment, POC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in group/corporate details.
d. On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the POC’s email address (as mentioned in the pre-requisite form).
e. The TCS World 10K Bengaluru registration team will email POC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.
f. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
g. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Majja Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of donation for a NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
h. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Majja Run category at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
i. Unused online codes cannot be returned or cancelled. No refund request will be entertained for unused codes or any incomplete registration.
j. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running number bib from the TCS World 10K Bengaluru Expo separately.
k. All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
- Online Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the on-ground Majja Run participative category.
a. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (POC) to fill the pre-requisite form or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Majja Run race category, mentioning the group name.
b. The TCS World 10K Bengaluru registration team will email POC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.
c. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.
d. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Majja Run category at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
e. All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
- Offline Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the on-ground Majja Run/Senior Citizens’/Champions with Disability participative category.
a. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (POC) to email a request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Majja Run race category, mentioning the group name.
b. Registration team will send a soft copy of the offline form to the spoc of the group.
c. All members of a group must fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.
d. All applicants to attach a passport size photo, Govt. ID proof (passport/ Pan card / Aadhaar Card), full vaccination certificate.
e. Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favor of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. ”
f. Each group must submit their entries together at one time along with a copy of PAN card of the company/NGO/ any other entity, in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format mentioned
1. Name of the group.
2. Total Number of entries to be submitted
3. Details of Payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cheque/DD/Card Payment, date of purchase, amount, bank details in case of Cheque/DD submitted.
4. Name, contact number, email id of the one point of contact of the group and address of the company/entity/NGO.
5. GST Number of the company/entity/NGO to raise an invoice
6. State Name and State Code to raise an invoice
g. Post submission of the above given documents, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the covering letter.
h. Deposit application forms along with requisite application fees and covering letter at our Registration office (timing: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday). i. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.
How can I collect my bib for the on-ground race?
Running number bibs of all participants are required to be collected from the Get Active Mirchi Expo from Thursday, 12th May to Saturday, 14th May 2022.
For this edition, participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get slot preference for 14th May 2022, Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- It is mandatory for all individual participants of the Open 10K race category to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center within the Get Active Mirchi 2022 Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy allowed) in order to collect his/her number bib:
(i) Application confirmation.
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof.
(iii) Fully vaccinated certificate
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, a confirmed runner can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. Please note, the representative collecting the bib number must be fully vaccinated, and must carry a soft copy of his/her vaccination certificate to enter the Get Active Mirchi Expo. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
(i) Application confirmation.
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
(iv) Fully vaccinated certificate of the representative.
- Group collection for Majja Run participants: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in Majja Run will be handed over at one go. Groups need to select bib pick-up slots online. Please note, the representative/s collecting the bib number must be fully vaccinated, and must carry a soft copy of his/her vaccination certificate to enter the Get Active Mirchi 2022 Expo. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs:
(i) Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person
(ii) Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group.
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
(iv) Fully vaccinated certificate of the representative.
- No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Expo – by 5 p.m. on 14th May 2022.
While registering online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my account but my transaction status is shown as pending?
We request you to send the transaction number immediately at tcsworld10k@procam.in.
What should I do if I am unable to open the registration website?
We recommend you to use an updated version Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized registration experience. You should also clear the cache and cookies and retry. If the problem still persists, send us a screenshot of the error at tcsworld10k@procam.in.
On what grounds can my application be rejected or declared invalid?
Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.
- Incomplete form submitted.
- Waiver & consent not signed.
- Applicant is underage for the race chosen.
- Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted.
- More than one application form received from the same applicant for on-ground event.
- Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
- Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
- Running places are full.
- Failed to upload Covid-19 fully vaccinated certificate inside applicant’s TCS World 10K Bengaluru profile on or before 30th April 2022.
- Any other reason
Under what circumstances will my rejected application fee can be refunded and how?
a. Once an entry is confirmed, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances.
b. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, including not having uploaded the required fully vaccination certificate at the time of registration or inside TCS World 10K Bengaluru web profile, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th June 2022. An amount of ₹ 250 will be deducted as processing charges.
NOTE: Donations made (if any) at the time of registration will not be refunded by event’s philanthropy partner, India Cares Foundation, for reasons whatsoever, including entry rejections.

What options do I have in case my application gets rejected?
Unregistered applicants can approach the participating NGOs (registered with the Philanthropy Partner, India Cares Foundation) for availing Charity Running Places, which are available by making a donation. Charity Running Places will be availed till 05th May 2022 or until charity running places are available.
(i) Relevant confirmation criteria will be applicable for the timed race categories
(ii) Applicants availing charity running places will mandatorily need to follow all required Health Protocols
(iii) Such applicants will also need to submit all the necessary mandatory documents as specified in the application process.

How can I book my bib pick up slot at the expo for TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 on-ground race category?
All confirmed participants will be given options to choose their Get Active Mirchi 2022 expo bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get slot preference for 14th May 2022. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
To book a slot, login using your registered email id on https://tcsworld10K.procam.in and choose a date and time as per your preference and availability under “my profile section”. You can also download your application confirmation from the “my profile section”
Is a Goodie bag available to all participants of TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022?
No goodie bags will be given out at the 2022 edition of the event.
Can you post me my Running Number Bib?
No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs.
Can I transfer my bib to somebody else or somebody else can run on my bib?
No. Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, Procam reserves the right to disqualify the registered participant from this edition and the subsequent 2023 edition. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.
IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition, if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.
Will I get my bib replaced in case I lose it, post bib collection?
We will not be able to replace a bib once issued and duly collected by the participant or his/her authorised representative.
Can I register on the day of the event?
No. Requests for registration will not be entertained after close of registrations.
Will my performance at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru in 2022- on ground event be considered for the Procam Slam?
With Procam promoted on-ground events returning after a gap of 2 years, events conducted during the year 2022 can be utilised by participants to complete their started Procam Slam cycle. A new cycle of Procam Slam will be considered from the first on-ground Procam promoted event conducted in the year 2023.

Will I get a Race Day T-shirt?
No. Participants will not get any race day tee shirt.
Will I get my name printed on the physical bib?
Registrants registering on or before 6th May will only get their names printed on the bib. On Spot registrants for Open 10K will not be given the Line-up section & the year band.
Will there be on spot registrations at the expo?
Limited spots will be available for on-spot registrations at the expo on a first-come first-serve basis.

What are the COVID-19 safety measures taken on the race day?
The Covid-19 protocols that are set for the event are as under
Even though the pandemic wave has sobered down, yet the disease still looms over us. We are privileged to be able to begin the race, so let's be a little responsible and follow the basic set rule for everyone's safety
The following COVID-19 protocols have been set for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 edition. It is only with the support of everyone involved that a safe and secure race experience can be achieved.
- All participants, as well as event crew, have to be mandatorily double vaccinated by 30th April 2022.
- Runners will be subject to thermal checks at the entrance of the holding area. If any participant is febrile, then that participant will be under medical observation for 10-15 mins, despite rest, if temperature doesn't settle then that participant won't be allowed to participate in the race.
- Runners who are advised not to participate, will need to leave the event premises immediately.
- Wearing an appropriate mask covering the mouth and the nose is mandatory, especially within the event venue premises and in all public areas. Exemptions will be made only in the following circumstances:
1. While consuming food or beverages
2. Once on race course, during warm-up before taking part to the competition/race.
- Only those (runners and the organizing team members) who comply with the COVID regulations Including- wearing proper mask, with appropriate thermal check clearance, shall be permitted at the event.
- While there will be face masks available for emergency use at the venue, everyone is expected to comply with travel regulations in force during their journey to event venue; you must ensure you are carrying sufficient number of masks and hand sanitizers for your personal use during travel.
- There will be hand sanitizer stands set-up at strategic locations in and around the venue, which can be used by participants.
- Participants will be held as per the priority line up section based on their timing certificate given at the time of registration.
- You will have to wear a face mask till the start line; you can discard your mask once you start your race. There will be a team, who will dispose of these masks responsibly. A fresh mask will be provided to you immediately after the finish, and it is mandatory to wear a mask post finish till you leave the venue.
- It’s important that you do not stand at the finish area, especially under the finish gate, waiting for a fellow runner or to click your finish moment; the official photographer One Glint will have your finish moment on the website soon after race day! You must cooperate with the marshalls stationed there and proceed inside the event venue on crossing the finish line.
- Portable toilets will be available along the race route for the use by participants exclusively. The toilets will be inspected and cleaned by dedicated personnel at regular intervals during the duration of the competitions. Sanitizing gels or equivalent will be available at toilets’ entrance.
- Participants will be requested not to stand in groups and crowd any area. Runners will be constantly asked to keep moving forward, to pick up their post-race essentials and exit the venue. Your cooperation with our volunteers is solicited. This is for the safety and security of everyone.
- There will be constant communication and signages placed in the venue, for wearing a face mask and maintaining physical distance at all times.
