You are required to participate in TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023 (Virtual Event) from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TCSW10K 2023 App courtesy TCS. Please note that the virtual only participants will not be allowed to enter the event venue or course on race day.

The race distances are Open 10K (10 Kms) and Majja Run (5 Kms)

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TCSW10K App within the time band from 12:01 am, 20th May 2023 to 11:59 pm on 21st May 2023, without a break.

Registration Starts on Wednesday, 01st March 2023, 7 AM IST

Registration Ends on Monday, 15th May 2023, 11.59 PM IST or as soon as running places are over, whichever is earlier.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

Yes, you can register your group/corporate members together.

GROUP APPLICATION

Group entries will be accepted for Open 10K and Majja Run race categories of virtual event. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these run categories to comprise a group. 

• Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Virtual Open 10K/Majja Run race categories.

1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name and Virtual race categories.
2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
3. On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in with group/corporate details. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us on email: corporateregistration@procam.in. 
4. On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address.
5. The TCS World 10K registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.
6. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register using the online codes issued by PIPL.
7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the Virtual Open 10K/ Majja Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of donation for a NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the Virtual Open 10K and Virtual Majja Run category at the TCS World 10K 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
9. Unused online codes cannot be returned or canceled. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 50 from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 30th July 2022.
10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their PoC, will not be considered to be part of the group. 
11. All requisite mandatories will apply for all team members registering under the group.

5. All requisite mandatories will apply for all team members registering under the group.

Yes, you can request for Group/Corporate registrations where each member can make individual payments, using common code. You can send your request by sending us the request at corporateregistration@procam.in .

Once the applicant has paid for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023 (Virtual Event), requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 30th June 2023. An amount of ₹50 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th June 2023.

Here’s a fantastic opportunity for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023 virtual finishers to secure a registration  spot in the Open 10K race category (on-ground) of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2024 edition. We are reserving 1000 Open 10K non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual 10K and 250 Open 10K non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Majja Run. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.

Participants of the TCSW10K 2023 Virtual Event will receive their physical gratification on or before 31st July 2023. Participants can download e-medal and e-certificate, from their TCS World 10K Bengaluru web profile (https:/tcsworld10k.procam.in) latest by 6th June 2023.

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App courtesy TCS, within the time band from 12:01 am, 20th May 2023 to 11:59 pm on 21st May 2023. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. You will have to complete the race within 24 hours of starting the race, or before 11:59 pm on 21st May 2023, whichever is earlier, on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App.

Your performance will be validated by our verification team and will be confirmed latest by 19th June 2023.

You can run, walk, jog to complete your registered distance. Cycling, treadmill & wheelchair activities and activities with unusual pace are not allowed and such non-permitted activities will be disqualified.

Practice Run option will be available on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App. Dates when practice runs can commence will be intimated on the website and on social handles – keep visiting these sites for regular updates.  During practice runs, you will be able to attempt the distance chosen multiple times – it’s important you get accustomed to the APP and check mobile network connectivity before attempting the actual run on 20th/21st May. Once you complete the distance that you have registered for, it gets automatically submitted to our system. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

While only TCS World 10K Bengaluru App tracking data shall be considered for your TCS World 10K Bengaluru ranking and timing results, there may be timing / distance mismatch of your completed race between TCS World 10K Bengaluru App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to tcsworld10k.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

No, you will not be able to sync your wearable device with the TCS World 10K Bengaluru app. Incase of any timing/distance mismatch of your completed race between TCS World 10K Bengaluru App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to tcsworld10k.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

If the TCS World 10K Bengaluru app cracked during your run, you can resume using the app and the app will continue as required.
