You are required to participate in TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 (Virtual Event) from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TCSW10K 2022 App courtesy TCS.

The race distances are Open 10K (10 Kms) and Majja Run (5 Kms)

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TCSW10K App within the time band from 12:01 am, 14th May 2022 to 11:59 pm on 15th May 2022, without a break..

Registration Ends on Wednesday, 11th May 2022, 11.59 PM IST or as soon as running places are over, whichever is earlier.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

No. The registration for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 (Virtual Event) can only be done online here

Yes, you can register your group/corporate members together.

A minimum of 20 participants consider it a group/corporate registration.

Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Virtual race categories.

• Point of contact of the group/corporate (POC) to fill the pre-requisite form or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with number of registrations required in each race category of the virtual event, mentioning the group name.
• Post submission of the group/corporate pre-requisite form, the POC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
• On making online payment, POC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in   with group/corporate details.
• On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the POC’s email address (as mentioned in the pre-requisite form). 
• The TCS World 10K Bengaluru registration team will email POC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
• All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
• By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees. 
• Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for all race categories of the virtual event at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
• Unused online codes cannot be returned or canceled. No refund request will be entertained for unused codes or any incomplete registration.
• Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. 
• All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the race categories of virtual events.

• The TCS World 10K Bengaluru registration team will email POC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  
• All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.
• Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for all race categories of the virtual event at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 edition. Yes, all members of the group need to register individually here with the online code issued by us.

Yes, post submission of the group/corporate pre-requisite form 1 and making online payment of entry fees, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the pre-requisite form or send us the request at corporateregistration@procam.in

Yes, you can request for Group/Corporate registrations where each member can make individual payments, using common code. You can send your request by filling out the pre-requisite form or send us the request at corporateregistration@procam.in

Once the applicant has paid for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 (Virtual Event), requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 30th June 2022. An amount of ₹50 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th June 2022. Top-up donations made at the time of registration will not be refunded by India Cares Foundation (event’s philanthropy partner).

No. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/brands through the Event Promoter separately.

No. Goodie bags are not given to any participant of the virtual event.

Participants of the TCSW10K 2022 Virtual Event will receive their physical gratification on or before 31st July 2022. Participants can download e-medal and e-certificate, from their TCS World 10K Bengaluru web profile (https:/tcsworld10k.procam.in) latest by 6th June 2022.

Your performance will be validated by our verification team and will be confirmed latest by 19th June 2022.

No, you cannot participate in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru without paying the registration fee or registering.

No, race day tee is not offered to anyone participating in the virtual event.

No. Participation in virtual events will not be considered for Procam Slam.

No, the timing certificate of virtual race will not be considered for applying in on-ground events of TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2023.

No. An individual can apply only for one race at the virtual event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Yes, you can register for both on-ground and virtual races, using the same email id.

Yes, you can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for on-ground race category previously.

Yes, you can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for virtual race category, you will only be tracked via TCS World 10K Bengaluru APP. Further, only those participants registered for on-ground categories will have access to the official TCS World 10K Bengaluru race routes during the official run period on Sunday, 15th May 2022. Virtual runners must avoid running on the official route during the run period.

Post your registration you are required to go to the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website, log in into your profile using the registered email id and check “my profile section” for their application status, download your e-bib.

No, you don't need to upload your COVID-19 vaccination certificate for applying in the virtual event. However, you are advised to follow all COVID-19 protocols advised by the Central and respective State/City authorities during your practice and final run.

TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 app will be available for download on both Android and IOS devices. We will inform all virtual participants via email once it is available for download.

Complete your registered race any day between 14th May (00:01 hrs) & 15th May 2022 (till 23:59 hrs) after selecting the TCS World 10K Bengaluru Race button on theTCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 App, that will count towards your final results for the virtual event.

No, you are required to participate in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2022 App. Please avoid using the official race route during your final run.

You can run, walk, jog to complete your registered distance. Cycling, treadmill & wheelchair activities and activities with unusual pace are not allowed and such non-permitted activities will be disqualified.

Practice Run option will be available on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App. Dates when practice runs can commence will be intimated on the website and on social handles - keep visiting these sites for regular updates.  During practice runs, you will be able to attempt the distance chosen multiple times - its important you get accustomed to the APP and check mobile network connectivity before attempting the actual run on 14th/15th May. Once you complete the distance that you have registered for, it gets automatically submitted to our system. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

While only TCS World 10K Bengaluru App tracking data shall be considered for your TCS World 10K Bengaluru ranking and timing results, there may be timing / distance mismatch of your completed race between TCS World 10K Bengaluru App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to tcsworld10k.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

No, you will not be able to sync your wearable device with the TCS World 10K Bengaluru app. Incase of any timing/distance mismatch of your completed race between TCS World 10K Bengaluru App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to tcsworld10k.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

If the TCS World 10K Bengaluru app cracked during your run, you can resume using the app and the app will continue as required.

No. Runners are provided with just one chance to complete their run between 14th May (00:01 hrs) & 15th May 2022 (till 23:59 hrs), using TCS World 10K Bengaluru App. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

Maximum allowed duration is 24 hrs to complete the race, or before 11:59 pm on Sunday, 15th May 2022

No, you don’t need to send us your clocked time to get your post-race gratification. On verification, all gratifications will appear under “ my profile” section on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website.

The app auto stops when you finish your run.

You can recharge your phone and continue your run. The elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.
