Mehwish Hussain - from Mangalore Karnataka Marketing Professional with over 15 years of experience Working as Head of Sales with a Canadian Based company, AsteroidX. Certified Yoga , Pilates, Strength & Conditioning Instructor taking personal training classes across different age groups, curating plan for Yoga & strength based workouts. Have been actively taking part in various Marathons for past 5 years across the country including Mumbai Marathon, TCS 10k Bangalore, Bangalore Marathon, Bangalore 12 hour Stadium run, Mangalore Marathon, Manipal Marathon, Hyderabad Marathon , Dandeli Ultra (75kms - Only female Finisher), Coorg Ultra ( 50Kms) , Chickmanguluru Run with a few podium finishes across category in respective age group. Proud to have completed the Procam Slam 2023 cycle this year with the personal best timings in all 4 cities . Member of Mangalore Runners Club & promoter to active lifestyle . Loves to cross train between Heavy strength based workouts, Functional Fitness, Cycling, Running & Yoga being the back bone of all movement.
