When is the On-Ground event's race day?

TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will happen on Sunday, 26th April 2026.

When do the registrations begin and end?

Start on Friday, 13th Feb 2026, 7 AM IST
End on Friday, 20th March 2026, 11:59 PM or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.
Entries will close immediately once the event reaches full capacity. Participants are strongly advised to complete their registration at the earliest to avoid missing out due to limited slots.

What is the minimum age eligibility to apply in each race category (on-ground)?

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/ tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

Is it mandatory to submit valid timing certificate while apply for Open 10K?

To optimize the on-ground experience and prioritize runner well-being, applications for the Open 10K race category at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will be accepted only with a valid timing certificate that meets the confirmation criteria defined below.

This step ensures:

  • A smoother race-day experience for all.
  • Participation of committed runners who meet basic endurance benchmarks.
  • Greater focus on health, fitness, and preparedness.
  • Higher course efficiency and crowd management

How can I register in Open 10K race category if I do not have any valid prior timing certificate?

NGOs registered with the event's philanthropy partner, United Way Bengaluru, have been allotted limited charity running places, which can be availed by applicants directly through the participating NGOs mentioned here https://tcsw10kuwbe.org/ngos on first come first served basis. Charity running places will be available with the participating NGOs for a donation from 13th Feb 2026 to 8th April 2026, or until charity running places last, whichever is earlier. Applicants, under charity running places, will also need to register online. Will there be Start Waves for Open 10K?

Yes, there will be a start wave in Open 10K race category given as per the timing certificate attached by you at the time of registration. Click here to view Start Wave.

Confirmed applicants improving their performance post submission of applicants can request for a change in the start wave only till 31st March 2026. A valid timing certificate needs to be emailed along with the request on tcsworld10k@procam.in.

Who can participate in the Champions With Disability race category?

Participation in the Champions with Disability (CWD) is open for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder.

Is it mandatory to participate with a Buddy (attendant) in the Champions with Disability race category?

We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years and above (born on or before 25th April 2008).

Is attaching a passport sized photograph and Govt approved ID proof (PAN,Passport/Driving license) with the application form compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of the application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.

Note: Uploading unclear/group photo will result in rejection of the application.

Which all government id’s are accepted to upload while registration?

Applicants can upload either PAN/Passport/Driving License, which has the registrant's full name, date of birth, and gender clearly mentioned.

In case the applicant is below 18 years of age on race day, both the applicant’s ID and the parent’s or guardian’s ID must be uploaded during the online registration.

Buddy’s ID to be uploaded in case of CWD buddy registration while registering CWD applicant.

Is it mandatory to submit PAN card details to receive an 80G certificate for the donation I made during the registration process?

Yes, to get the 80G certificate for your donation, it is mandatory to submit your PAN details asked during the registration process.

How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations: Link

In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made in case of group registration?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of "PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.".

Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card, UPI and payment wallets.

How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?

Post 10 days of registration, individual applicants are required to go to the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website, login into their profile using the registered email id and check their application status.

Can I register for more than one race at the on-ground event?

No. An individual can apply only for one race category at the on-ground event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Can I register for both on-ground and virtual races?

Yes. You can register for both on-ground and virtual races, using the same email id.

Can I register for a virtual race if I have already registered for an on-ground race previously?

Yes. You can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for on-ground race category previously.

Can I run both on-ground as well as the virtual race of the same distance on the same day?

Yes. You can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for the virtual race category, you will only be tracked via TCS World 10K Bengaluru APP powered by TCS. Please note virtual only participants will not be allowed to enter the on-ground event venue or course on race day.

What are the refund policies?

  1. Once an entry is received, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
  2. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th May 2026. An amount of ₹ 200 will be deducted as processing charges. Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein, Merchandise payment,  donations, photo purchased (if any), where made at the time of applying for the event, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.
  3. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Get Active Expo or being unwell.
  4. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th May 2026.
  5. For the purpose of Event registration, if a registrant uses a corporate/group code of which he/she is not the authorized and bonafide recipient, PIPL reserves the right to deny their entry/application. In such cases, the registrant will not receive a Bib and shall not be able to participate in the Event on the Race day.

Will I be eligible for a refund in case I didn’t pick up my confirmed bib from the expo?

No. Entry fees paid are non-refundable if you fail to pick up your bib from the expo. Read more about entry rules and guidelines here.

Will I get a refund of my entry fees, if my application is not accepted?

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 30th May 2025. An amount of ₹200 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th May 2025.

Will I get a refund for unused codes?

Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2025 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 30th May 2025.

Once I have applied can I cancel my application and get a refund?

Once an entry is received, no requests for cancellation and further refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances. However, Open 10K confirmed participants can choose to surrender their bib. To know more details, click here.

Can I change my race category once I have applied/my application is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participating in the Open 10K (10 kms) Category?

Yes, all finishers of the Open 10K race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the event venue; medals will not be posted to individual finishers if they fail to collect it on the race day). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of Open 10K finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.

Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Majja Run (4.5 kms approx.) Category?

The Majja Run category is a participative, fun run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; timing certificates will not be issued for this category.

However, all finishers of the Majja Run race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners) and participation certificates of Majja run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.

Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Senior Citizens' Run (3 Kms) Category?

The Senior Citizens' Run is a non-timed participative category. While timing certificates will not be provided, all finishers of the Senior Citizens' Run race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners) and participation certificates of Senior Citizens' Run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.

Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Champions With Disability (3 Kms) Category?

The Champions With Disability is a non-timed participative category. While timing certificates will not be provided, all finishers of the Champions with Disability race category, including Buddies, will get the participation medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the event venue; medals will not be posted to individual finishers). Also participation certificates of CWD participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ after 7 working days after race day.

When will I get my application confirmation and how?

Application confirmation will be sent on your registered email id and will also be updated in profile on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru website post 10 working days of registering. You need to login with your registered email id to view your application status.

Can I register for my friend?

No. An applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

Is it possible to register both myself and my ward/spouse from the same system?

Yes, you can register multiple individuals using the same system. Just ensure that you log out from your previous profile before initiating a new registration. Remember, one email ID can be used to register only one individual.

I have recently started running. Can I participate in the Open 10K without a timing certificate?

No, all registrants must submit a valid timing certificate when applying for Open 10K, except for limited charity running places where registrants can register without a timing certificate on first come first served basis.

What will happen once I submit my Open 10K application under confirmation criteria?

Your application for the Open 10K will be confirmed based on the confirmation criteria mentioned below. Please note, confirmation is subject to –
1. Verification of valid timing certificate submitted by you (if any)
2. Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you.
3. Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion.
4. Availability of running spaces under each criterion.
5. Entry Rules and Guidelines.

Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?

Group entries will be accepted for Open 10K, Majja Run, Senior Citizens' Run and Champions with Disability. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these race categories to comprise a group. 

Each member of the group will have to register individually on https://tcsworld10k.procam.in using the group registration prepaid code/s. Group registration prepaid code/s need to be purchased in bulk, please call our helpline number +91 8527276694  (10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday) or email at corporateregistration@procam.in to purchase group registration prepaid codes.

What is the corporate gratification for a corporate registered as a group?

Corporate / Group to submit minimum 100 entries in Majja Run race category to be eligible. 
• The Corporate with the highest number of participants in the Majja Run race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.

* The gratification can be availed only by corporates who are not associated with the Event as the Event's Title Sponsor, Associate Sponsor or Partners

What is the deadline to apply for group registrations?

  • The deadline for group registration apply and pay  is Tuesday, 10th March 2026, or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier. The group’s Single point of contact is requested to initiate their group registration and payments well in advance to ensure receipt by the deadline. 
  • After purchasing the registration code, registrants are required to complete their registration online within 7 days of code issuance. Registration codes not used within this timeframe will be automatically deactivated.
  • Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the total refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by 30 May 2026.
  • To ensure that each runing bib number of the Open 10K is accurately assigned and collected, it is mandatory that all participants of the Open 10K race category must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo. This is crucial to ensure that only the officially registered runner takes part on race day, helping prevent any risk of disqualification. Accordingly, the Group SPOC is required to sign the undertaking prior to the disbursement of registration codes, confirming that all Open 10K bibs will be collected individually by the respective confirmed registrants, in person, from the Get Active Expo.
  • Entries will close immediately once the event reaches full capacity. Participants are strongly advised to complete their registration at the earliest to avoid missing out due to limited slots.

How can I collect my bib for the on-ground race?

  1. For the Event to be held on 26th April 2026, running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the Get Active Expo- TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 from  Thursday, 23rd April to Saturday, 25th April 2026.
    Confirmed participants residing in Bengaluru are requested to choose their bib collection time slots across 23rd and 24th April, allowing time slots available on 25th April for outstation participants to collect their running number bibs.
  2. It is mandatory for all individual participants of the Open 10K race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center within the Get Active Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along the following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect his/her number bib:
    1. Application confirmation.
    2. Govt. approved photo ID proof.
  3. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
    1. Application confirmation.
    2. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
  4. Group Bibs collection only for Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group will be handed over at one go of all race categories. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs:
    1. Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person
    2. Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorizing the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group. 
    3. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

What should I do if I am unable to open the registration website?

We recommend you to use an updated version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized registration experience. You should also clear the cache and cookies and retry. If the problem still persists, send us a screenshot of the error at tcsworld10k@procam.in

On what grounds can my application be rejected or declared invalid?

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.
1. Incomplete form submitted.
2. Waiver & consent not signed.
3. Applicant is underage for the race chosen.
4. Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted.
5. More than one application received from the same applicant for an on-ground event.
6. Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
7. Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
8. Running places are full.
9. Any other reason.

What options do I have in case my application gets rejected?

How can I book my bib pick up slot at the expo for TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 on-ground race category?

In order to collect running number bibs from the Get Active Expo- TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 from Thursday, 23rd April to Saturday, 25th April 2026, participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Bengaluru are requested to choose their bib collection time slots across 23rd and 24th April, allowing time slots available on 25th April for outstation participants to collect their running number bibs.

To book a slot, login using your registered email id on https://tcsworld10K.procam.in and choose a date and time as per your preference and availability. You can also view your application confirmation after logging into your profile.

Is a Runner's Bag available to all participants of TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026?

Yes. Runner's Bag will be given to all the participants of TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 on-ground event.

Can you post me my Running Number Bib?

No. All participants must come to the Get Active Expo to collect their running number Bib.

Can I transfer my bib to somebody else or somebody else can run on my bib?

No. Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, Procam reserves the right to disqualify the registered participant from this edition and the subsequent 2026 edition. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition, if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.

Will I get my bib replaced in case I lose it, post bib collection?

We will not be able to replace a bib once issued and duly collected by the participant or his/her authorised representative.

Can I register on the day of the event?

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained after closure of registrations.

Will my performance at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru in 2026 on-ground event be considered for the Procam Slam?

Participation in the Open 10K category (on-ground event) at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will be considered for the new Procam slam cycle (2026-27).

Will I get a Race Day T-shirt?

No. Participants will not get any race day T-shirt.

What are the instructions to be followed before starting with the online registration?

Gearing up for online registration, save time and effort by paying attention to the appended instructions before you proceed:

  • Keep a scanned copy of your photo ID proof and passport size photograph files ready in .jpeg/ .png format (file size not more than 1 MB), before you click the “Proceed” button at the bottom.
  • For security reasons, please DON’T use following characters anywhere on the registration form, in file name (attachment), your profile password and in website link. ? ! # $ % \ ( ) * = + , / : = ; [ ] ^ \\ { } | ~ & < >
  • Avoid using BACK or REFRESH button while registering
  • Register Using MOZILLA FIREFOX or GOOGLE CHROME Browser
  • Avoid using INTERNET EXPLORER
  • *Register using a different workstation if you are not able to proceed.

If the bib is not located, what steps will be taken to address the situation?

In the event of a missing bib on our part, we will substitute it with a new, unnamed bib.

What is years participated on the Open 10K bib?

The "Years participated" on Open 10K running bib is exclusively assigned to runners who have successfully completed the "Open 10K" race category in at least one edition of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru, in addition to the 2025 edition applied for. Printed on the bib (e.g. 1 & running), the "Years participated" serves to recognize one's long standing association with the event and their commitment to it. The number of years is determined by combining the participant's first name, last name, and the date of birth. If a participant identifies an error in the "Years participated" specified in their application confirmation email, we kindly request them to contact us at tcsworld10k@procam.in, no later than 31st March 2025. The email must include the participant’s bib numbers for all editions of the event where he/she has completed the ‘Open 10K’ race category over the years. It is important to note that participants must have used the same first name, last name, and date of birth to ensure accurate "Years participated" is identified and allocated.

Can I run with a dog?

No, animals are not permitted in our Events.

Can I run with a child in a pushchair/sling?

No, children {under the age limit for the event} or unregistered participants are not allowed on the course.

What is the BIB Surrender facility?

The BIB Surrender Facility allows confirmed participants of the Open 10K race categories who are unable to participate on race day due to unavoidable circumstances like injury or illness to surrender their bibs to Procam International. Click here for more information.

When and how can I surrender my bib?

A confirmed Open 10K participant can surrender his/her bib with effect from 10th March 2026 (1000 Hrs) to 18th March 2026 (1900 Hrs) by filling out the bib surrender request form. Once the bib surrender request is successfully processed, you will receive the refund in your source account after the deduction of INR 200 as bib surrender processing charges on or before 30th May 2026. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately.

Can I surrender my bib after 18th March 2026?

No, bib surrender requests coming later than 18th March 2026 (2359 hrs) will not be entertained for any refund.

Can I surrender my bib if I registered after 18th March 2026?

No, the bib surrender facility is not applicable for registrants registering post 18th March 2026.

Will I get a refund for any donations or merchandise payments?

No, donations made at the time of applying for the event will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Will I get an 80G certificate?

Yes, you will receive an 80G certificate for your contribution from United Way Bengaluru on your registered email id.

Can I register in any other race category in case my previous application is not selected?

Yes, you can register in any other race category using a different email ID provided the registrations are still open for that race category.
