Procam Slam – Terms & Conditions

Applicable for participants finishing their Procam Slam on 17th Jan 2027 (Procam Slam Cycle: TCSW10K 2026 – TATA Mumbai Marathon 2027)

1. Introduction

Procam Slam is an initiative by Procam International Pvt. Ltd., that recognizes runners who successfully complete the feature race category of all four (4) designated Procam running events consecutively as mentioned in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Participation in the Procam Slam constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The participant must individually register for and successfully complete the feature race category of the following four Procam events consecutively:

2.2 To qualify as a Procam Slam Finisher, participants must complete each feature race within the official event finish time cut-off: 
10K under 1 hr 25 mins
Half Marathon under 3 hrs 30 mins
25K under 3 hrs 45 mins
Marathon under 6 hrs 30 mins

2.3 Failure to meet the official finish time cut-off in any of the four races will result in the Procam Slam cycle being deemed incomplete.
2.4 There is no separate registration for Procam Slam. Participants must apply separately for each event and comply with all application rules, qualification criteria, and payment requirements of each respective event. 
2.5 Only on-ground participation will be considered. Participation through virtual races shall not considered.
2.6 The participant must meet the qualification and confirmation criteria applicable to each respective event.
2.7 Only runners residing in India are eligible for Procam Slam rewards and services.
2.8 To avoid any data discrepancy, participants are required to use the same sign-in details while registering for each of the 4 events. 

3. Procam Slam Cycle

3.1 A Procam Slam cycle begins from the first Procam event that the participant registers for and successfully completes (feature race category only), effective from 26 April 2026 onwards.
3.2 The participant must complete all four (4) events consecutively without skipping any event in the sequence.
3.3 If a participant fails to participate in or complete any one of the four events consecutively, the Procam Slam cycle shall be deemed incomplete. The participant must restart the cycle from the beginning.
3.4 A participant shall not be eligible to run more than one Procam Slam cycle simultaneously between their first and fourth consecutive event.

4. Age Eligibility & Classification

4.1 Participants need to fulfill the age criteria for each of the feature races.
Participants must have completed 18 years of age at least one (1) day prior to the race day of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon to qualify for the 18–24 age category and prize money consideration.
4.2 Participants aged at least 17 years and 6 months prior to the TCSW10K race day may be considered for the 18–24 category for the TCSW10K–TMM cycle, provided they complete 18 years of age prior to the VDHM race day.
4.3 The age of the participant at the commencement of the Procam Slam cycle shall be considered for age category classification.

5. Leaderboards

5.1 Leaderboards shall be maintained separately for male and female participants.
5.2 Rankings of leaderboards shall be based on aggregate net finish times across all four (4) events in a cycle.
5.3 The top 20 male and top 20 female participants shall be published.
5.4 Leaderboard positions do not carry prize money.
5.5 Leaderboard for Age Category Prize money will be published separately. The Winner from each category will be eligible for prize money in both male and female.
5.6 Leaderboards shall be updated approximately 21 working days after each cycle.
5.7 Two leaderboards shall be maintained per cycle: (i) Overall Aggregate Timing Leaderboard (no prize money) and (ii) Age Category Leaderboard (eligible for prize money).

6. Rewards for Successful Completion

  • Procam Slam running kit (T-shirt and cap)
  • Procam Slam medal
  • One (1) part of a five-piece commemorative medallion
  • Digital frame with race-day photograph
  • Procam Slam E-certificate
  • Extended registration window (up to three weeks prior to race date) valid for one (1) year

All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and valid for one (1) year from completion of the Slam cycle.

Rewards are applicable only to participants who successfully complete all four races within the defined rules of the cycle.

7. Special Running Number (Bib Reservation)

7.1 Participants completing 1 to 4 Slam cycles are eligible to reserve a chosen bib number for one (1) year. Participants completing 5 or more Slam cycles are eligible to reserve a chosen bib number for two (2) years. 
7.2 Reservation of chosen bib number, is subject to availability. 
7.3 To retain the reserved bib number for the following year, the participant must successfully complete the next Procam Slam cycle within the reservation period. 
7.4 Failure to do so will result in automatic release of the reserved number. 
7.5 To reclaim a released number, the participant must successfully complete a new Procam Slam cycle, subject to availability and prevailing terms.

8. Prize Money

8.1 Prize winners shall be determined based on aggregate net finish times across all four (4) events in the cycle. 
8.2 The No. 1 ranked male and female participant in each age category shall be eligible for prize money. 
8.3 Each eligible winner shall receive INR 25,000. Taxes & deductions will be applicable as per law.

8.5 Prize winners shall be announced within 8–10 weeks after closure of the respective Slam cycle. 
8.6 The participant’s age as of one (1) day prior to the first event of the Procam Slam cycle will determine the age category for the entire cycle and will remain fixed even if the participant moves into a new age group during the year.

9. Announcement & Verification

9.1 The list of successful Procam Slammers shall be published within 21 working days after completion of the final race of the cycle. 
9.2 If a participant’s name does not appear on the list, they must notify Procam at procamslam@procam.in  within 30 days of completing their final race. 
9.3 Requests received after 30 days shall not be entertained. 
9.4 Consistency of name and date of birth across all four registrations is mandatory. Any discrepancy may result in disqualification.

10. General Conditions

10.1 Procam International reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw the Procam Slam program or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
10.2 In the event that any reward becomes unavailable, Procam reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value. 
10.3 The decision of Procam International regarding eligibility, successful completion, leaderboard rankings, and prize winners shall be final and binding. 
10.4 These updated rewards, rules, and guidelines apply only to participants who start a new Procam Slam cycle from TCSW10K 2026 onwards. Participants who commenced their Slam cycle prior to TCSW10K 2026 will continue under the terms applicable at the time their cycle began. 
10.5 Participants finishing in TCSW10K 2026, VDHM 2026 and TSW25K 2026 the gratification announced earlier remains the same.
