End on Friday, 29th March 2024, 11.59 PM IST or as soon as the running places are filled, whichever is earlier.

Important:

1. Participation confirmation shall be subject to –

a) Applicant fulfilling the minimum age eligibility – completed 15 years of age (born on or before 27.04.2009).

b) The Open 10K confirmation criteria

2. In order to collect running number bib from the Mirchi Get Active Expo - The Royal Senate, Gate No 6, Sri Ramana Maharishi Road, Beside Palace Sheesh Mahal Palace Ground, Bangalore – 560080 (Thursday, 25th April to Saturday, 27th April 2024), participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Bengaluru are requested to choose their bib collection time slots across 25th and 26th April, allowing time slots available on 27th April for outstation participants to collect their running number bibs.
 

3. On race day, there will be a lineup based on the timing certificate provided at the time of registration. Confirmed applicants improving their performance post submission of applicants can request for a change in the line-up section only till 29th March 2024.

4. All finishers of the Open 10K race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the venue; medals will not be posted to individual runners if they fail to collect on the race day.). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of Open 10K finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 21 working days from race day. 

5. Race Day tee is not offered to Open 10K participants. Finishers tee is offered to the overall top 1000 Men and 1000 Women Open 10K finishers. (will be given within 60 days from race day). The fastest finishers will receive a communication of confirmation post 4 weeks of the event completion via email along with the process for getting the finishers tee. The Event Promoter and Asics (Event’s Sports Goods Partner) will try their best to accommodate the size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any request for change of size of the Finishers Tee will not be entertained.

6. “Years participated" on Open 10K running bib 
The "Years participated" on Open 10K running bib is exclusively assigned to Open 10K runners who have consistently participated and completed the "Open 10K" race category since the inception of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru event. Printed on the bib (e.g. 1 & running), the "Years participated" serves to recognize one's longstanding association with the event and their commitment to it. It is determined by combining the participant's first name, last name, and date of birth, the "Years participated" acknowledges their dedication. If a participant identifies an error in the "Years participated" specified in their application confirmation email, we kindly request them to contact us at tcsworld10k@procam.in. Please ensure that the email includes all the bib numbers associated with the participant in the Open 10K race category, over the years. It is important to note that participants must use the same first name, last name, and date of birth to ensure accurate "Years participated" allocation. The last date to request for a correction in the "Years participated" is 29th March 2024.

7. Please note no wheelchair/wheeled vehicle is allowed in the Open 10K, Majja Run, and Silvers’ Run race categories on race day.
