Registration Dates
Start on Friday, 13th Feb 2026, 7 AM IST
End on Friday, 20th March 2026, 11:59 PM or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.

Important:

  1. Participation confirmation shall be subject to –
    1. Applicant fulfilling the minimum age eligibility – completed 15 years and above (born on or before 25.04.2011)

  2. Open 10K application confirmation criteria: To optimize the on-ground experience and prioritize runner well-being, applications for the Open 10K race category at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will be accepted only with a valid timing certificate that meets the confirmation criteria defined here.
  3. To ensure that each bib number of the Open 10K is accurately assigned and collected, it is mandatory that all participants of the Open 10K race category must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo. This is crucial to ensure that only the officially registered runner takes part on race day, helping prevent any risk of disqualification.
  4. In order to collect your running number bib and a runner’s bag from the Get Active Expo-TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 from Thursday, 23rd April to Saturday, 25th April 2026, participants will need to choose their bib collection day and time slots. 
    Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Bengaluru are requested to choose their bib collection time slots across 23rd and 24th April, allowing time slots available on 25th April for outstation participants to collect their running number bibs.
  5. On race day, there will be a Start Wave based on the timing certificate provided at the time of registration. No provision of changing the start wave at the expo will be entertained.
  6. All finishers of the Open 10K race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the venue; medals will not be posted to individual runners if they fail to collect on the race day.). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of Open 10K finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 21 working days from race day. 
  7. Downloadable timing certificate to Open 10K finishers, finishing their runs within  1 hour 30 minutes respectively from their start time.
  8. Race Day tee is not offered to Open 10K participants. However, the finishers' tee is offered to the overall top 1500 Men and 1500 Women Open 10K finishers. (will be given within 60 days from race day). The fastest finishers will receive a communication of confirmation post 4 weeks of the event completion via email along with the process for getting the finishers tee. The Event Promoter and Asics (Event’s Sports Goods Partner) will try their best to accommodate the size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any request for change of size of the Finishers Tee will not be entertained.
  9. The "Years participated" on the Open 10K running bib is exclusively assigned to runners who have successfully completed the "Open 10K" race category in at least one edition of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru, in addition to the 2026 edition applied for.  Printed on the bib (e.g. 1 & running), the "Years participated" serves to recognize one's long-standing association with the event and their commitment to it. The number of years is determined by combining the participant's first name, last name, and date of birth. If a participant identifies an error in the "Years participated" specified in their application confirmation email, we kindly request them to contact us at tcsworld10k@procam.in, no later than 31st March 2026. The email must include the participant’s bib numbers for all editions of the event where he/she has completed the ‘Open 10K’ race category over the years. It is important to note that participants must have used the same first name, last name, and date of birth to ensure accurate "Years participated" is identified and allocated.
  10. Please note no wheelchair/wheeled vehicle is allowed in the Open 10K, Majja Run, and Senior Citizens’ Run race categories on race day. 
  11. HOME RUN SQUAD – Your Family, Your Finish Line! If you and 3 or more members of your family are participating in the event on-ground on 26th April 2026, fill out the form here with their names and transaction IDs to receive a special Home Run Squad Digital Photo Frame after the race. *Offer valid on first-come first first-served basis, only if all participants of the family are confirmed and participate on race day.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The deadline for group registration payments is Tuesday, 10th March 2026 or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier. Groups are requested to initiate their group registration request and payments well in advance to ensure receipt by the deadline. Click here for more details.

After purchasing the registration code, registrants are required to complete their registration within 7 days of code issuance. Registration codes not used within this timeframe will be automatically deactivated.

To ensure that each bib number of the Open 10K is accurately assigned and collected, it is mandatory that all participants of the Open 10K race category must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo. This is crucial to ensure that only the officially registered runner takes part on race day, helping prevent any risk of disqualification.

Entries will close immediately once the event reaches full capacity. Participants are strongly advised to complete their registration at the earliest to avoid missing out due to limited slots.
