GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The deadline for group registration payments is Tuesday, 10th March 2026, or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier. The group’s Single point of contact is requested to initiate their group registration and payments well in advance to ensure receipt by the deadline. 
  • After purchasing the registration code, registrants are required to complete their registration online within 7 days of code issuance. Registration codes not used within this timeframe will be automatically deactivated.
  • Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the total refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by 30 May 2026.
  • To ensure that each runing bib number of the Open 10K is accurately assigned and collected, it is mandatory that all participants of the Open 10K race category must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo. This is crucial to ensure that only the officially registered runner takes part on race day, helping prevent any risk of disqualification. Accordingly, the Group SPOC is required to sign the undertaking prior to the disbursement of registration codes, confirming that all Open 10K bibs will be collected individually by the respective confirmed registrants, in person, from the Get Active Expo.
  • Open 10K application confirmation criteria: To optimize the on-ground experience and prioritize runner well-being, applications for the Open 10K race category at the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will be accepted only with a valid timing certificate that meets the confirmation criteria defined here.
  • Entries will close immediately once the event reaches full capacity. Participants are strongly advised to complete their registration at the earliest to avoid missing out due to limited slots.

There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these race categories to comprise a group.

  1. Online Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees
    1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name and race categories.
    2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
    3. On making online payment, PoC is to share the online payment receipt on email: corporateregistration@procam.in with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us on email: corporateregistration@procam.in . The deadline to request for registration codes and make the payment is 10th March 2026.
    4. Upon receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher for registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address. 
    5. The TCS World 10K Bengaluru registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. Registration codes will be valid for 7 days from the date of codes issuance. Registration codes not used within 7 days will be automatically deactivated. All registrants are to register here using the registration codes issued by PIPL. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 30th May 2026. For example: if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10000, the total refundable amount will be INR 9600.
    6. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground race category at the time of registration.
    7. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes within 7 days of code issuance. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
    8. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 edition and within 7 days of code issuance.
    9. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the Get Active Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.
  2. Online Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees:
    1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (POC) email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race category, mentioning the group name. 
    2. The TCS World 10K registration team will email POC the common group registration code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  
    3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common group registration code issued by PIP within 7 days of code issuance and pay the applicable entry fee while registering.
    4. Purchasing the common group registration code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using the registration code within 7 days of code issuance the TCS World 10K 2026 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
    5. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the Get Active Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.
    6. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

Corporate Gratification:

Corporate / Group to submit minimum 100 entries to be eligible.  

  • The top 3 Corporate / Group with the highest number of participants across all race categories will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
  • The Corporate / Group with the highest number of Women participants across all race categories will receive a Trophy / Plaque

Corporate / Group to submit minimum 100 entries in Open 10K race category to be eligible.

  • The Corporate / Group with the highest number of participants in the Open 10K race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
  • The Fastest Corporate / Group among participating corporates with 100-125 finishers in Open 10K (avg. timing will be calculated) will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
  • The Fastest Corporate / Group among participating corporates with more than 125 finishers in Open 10K (avg. timing will be calculated) will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
  • The Corporate with maximum finishers finishing in less than 60 mins, will receive a Trophy / Plaque.  (Min. 50 finishers required to qualify under this gratification)

Corporate / Group to submit minimum 100 entries in Majja Run race category to be eligible.

  • The Corporate with the highest number of participants in the Majja Run race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.
