Expo Dates & Timings:

Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the Get Active Expo - TCSW10K 2026 from Thursday, 23rd April to Saturday, 25th April. Participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get a slot preference for Saturday, 25th April 2026. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Book your slot here.

Documents to carry at the Get Active Expo - TCSW10K 2026 for bib collection:

1. It is mandatory for all individual participants to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center within the Get Active Expo - TCSW10K 2026. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect his/her running bib:
   1. The application confirmation (sent via email or WhatsApp or can be accessed from your profile).
   2. Govt. approved photo ID proof.
2. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a participant can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant.  The representative must carry along following documents for running bib collection:
   1. The application confirmation (sent via email or WhatsApp or can be accessed from your profile).
   2. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
   3. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
3. Group collection of bibs: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in different race categories will be handed over at one go. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for the collection of number bibs:
   1. Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person
   2. Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group. 
   3. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

Important: No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Get Active Expo - TCSW10K 2026 – by 5 p.m. on Saturday, 25th April 2026.

HOW TO REACH THE VENUE

Metro (Highly Recommended)

The venue is conveniently accessible via the Namma Metro (Purple Line), making it the most efficient option during peak hours:

Note: The Metro offers the most reliable and time-efficient access to the venue, particularly during high-traffic periods.

Bus service from Kempegowda International Airport Bangalore to Richmond Circle Bus stop:

Limited parking is available at UB City Parking (approx. 2 minutes' walk) and St. Joseph’s High School (access through Gate No. 5). Carpooling is strongly recommended for those travelling by private vehicles.
