Virtual Run

You are required to participate in TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2025 (Virtual Event) from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TCSW10K 2025 App courtesy TCS. Please note that the virtual participants will not be allowed to enter the event venue or course on race day.

The race distances are Virtual 10K (10 Kms) and Virtual 5K (5 Kms).

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TCSW10K App within the time band from 12:01 am, 26th April 2025 to 11:59 pm on 27th April 2025, without a break.

Registration Starts on Thursday, 20th Feb 2025, 7 AM IST.
Registration Ends on Thursday, 17th April 2025, 11:59 PM IST or as soon as running places are over, whichever is earlier.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

Yes, you can register your group/corporate members together for the Virtual Event. For all the Virtual Event group/corporate registration/application details, click here.

Yes, all members of the group need to register individually here with the online code issued by us.

Yes, post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.

Yes, you can request for Group/Corporate registrations where each member can make individual payments, using common code. You can send your request by sending us the request at corporateregistration@procam.in

Once the applicant has paid for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2025 Virtual Event, requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 30th May 2025. An amount of ₹50 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th May 2025.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2025. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/ tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

No. Goodie bags are not given to any participant of the virtual event.

Virtual 10K

• 1000 men and 1000 women finishers of the Virtual 10K, selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complimentary spot in the Open 10K (on-ground) race category at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026. Entry rules and regulations of TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will apply.

Virtual 5K

• 250 men and 250 women finishers of the Virtual 5K, selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complimentary spot in the Open 10K (on-ground) race category at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026. Entry rules and regulations of TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will apply.
• 1000 men and 1000 women finishers of the Virtual 5K, selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complimentary spot in the Majja Run (on-ground) race category at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026. Entry rules and regulations of TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 will apply.

Participants of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru Virtual Event will receive their physical gratification on or before 15th June 2025. Participants will get their e-certificate on the registered email id by 30th May 2025.

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App courtesy TCS, within the time band from 12:01 am, 26th April 2025 to 11:59 pm on 27th April 2025. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. You will have to complete the race within 24 hours of starting the race, or before 11:59 pm on 27th April 2025, whichever is earlier, on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App.

Your performance will be validated by our verification team and will be confirmed latest by 15th May 2025.

No. An individual can apply only for one race at the Virtual Event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Yes, you can register for both formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for virtual race category, you will only be tracked via TCSW10K App. Further, only those participants registered for on-ground categories will have access to the official TCSW10K 2025 race routes during the official run period on Sunday, 27th April 2025. Virtual runners must avoid running on the official route during the run period.

Yes, you can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for the on-ground race category previously.  Please note that the virtual-only participants will not be allowed to enter the event venue or course on race day.

No, you are required to participate in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru virtual race from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2025 App. Please avoid using the official race route during your final run. Please note that the virtual-only participants will not be allowed to enter the event venue or course on race day. Only participants of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2024 Virtual Event who are found running on the race route on April 27, 2025, will be disqualified from the current edition as well as the 2026 edition of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru.

You can run, walk, jog to complete your registered distance. Cycling, treadmill & wheelchair activities and activities with unusual pace are not allowed and such non-permitted activities will be disqualified.

Practice Run option will be available on the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App from 19th April 2025 to 25th April 2025. During practice runs, you will be able to attempt the distance chosen multiple times - it's important you get accustomed to the APP and check mobile network connectivity before attempting the actual run on 26th/27th April. Once you complete the distance that you have registered for, it gets automatically submitted to our system. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

While only TCS World 10K Bengaluru App tracking data shall be considered for your TCS World 10K Bengaluru ranking and timing results, there may be timing / distance mismatch of your completed race between TCS World 10K Bengaluru App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to tcsworld10k.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

No, you will not be able to sync your wearable device with the TCS World 10K Bengaluru app. Incase of any timing/distance mismatch of your completed race between TCS World 10K Bengaluru App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TCS World 10K Bengaluru App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to tcsworld10k.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

If the TCS World 10K Bengaluru app cracked during your run, you can resume using the app and the app will continue as required.

No. Runners are provided with just one chance to complete their run between 26th April (00:01 hrs) & 27th April 2024 (till 23:59 hrs), using TCS World 10K Bengaluru App. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

Maximum allowed duration is 24 hrs to complete the race, or before 11:59 pm on Sunday, 27th April 2025.
