Amenities
- Accommodation: Selected athletes will be provided with accommodation from 11 AM on 24th April 2026 to 11 AM on 26th April 2026.
- Athletes must share their itinerary details by 19th March 2026 to confirm accommodation. No accommodation will be provided for the athletes who fail to share their itinerary by the due date.
- Note – All athletes who are eligible for accommodation must check in to the hotel before 2 PM on 24th April 2026, no athlete will be allowed to check in beyond the given deadline.
- All athletes will have to check out by 11 AM on 26th April 2026, failure in doing so will result in athletes being charged for an extra night for accommodation.
- Meals: All meals during the duration of the stay will be provided to the athletes and the accompanying coaches.
- Travel Support: Procam will arrange transportation between the place of stay and the race venue for all elite athletes.
